September 2025. Geneva's Grand Council tries to defeat AP2J's legal challenge against the reform of judicial elections. Its method? Demanding the full membership list. AP2J refuses and invokes freedom of association.
Six months later, the Constitutional Chamber rules. The association may litigate without revealing its members' identity.
